Tips from the top – lip update with
International Makeup artist Tony Para for Chanel

"‘Levres Lumiere Neon’ from Chanel – shimmery lip gloss: one is very white – like a diamond, one is peach, one is very gold and one is the pink of a prism."

"When you speak you will see many colours coming through – the look for the season is ‘neon’– its electric!"

"First you make your lip contour w/ chocolat lip liner – a dark lip contour (blend toward the centre of the bottom lip, fill in the whole top lip), afterwards, you put the ‘neon’ light inside".

Lips are well defined w/ a strong lip liner, finished to perfection w/ a soft luminescent glow of light reflecting gold and mother of pearl gloss.

"For business, you will need a little bit of lipstick (#53) for a more natural look, over the chocolat liner (use the metallic #53 for something different), then put your neon over the top. You will see it is very interesting".

‘Neon’ contains a sun filter and vitamins to protect and nourish lips while the glowing pastel hues epitomise the latest lip look.

"Chocolat contour for lips during the day and Rouge Noir for the evening. The colour comes from the lip contour – not the lipstick (the lipstick stays the same for the day and for the night-time). ‘Neon’ lip gloss fills in the lips – this is something special!"
